Firstly the seeds are compressed step by step in squeezing chamber and then, the pressure is further improved in it. Ⅲ. Structure and Working Principle
1. Structure (Fig.1)
The screw oil press is composed of a retarding mechanism, a feeding mechanism, a pressing cage body, a squeezing screw main shaft and bracket base.
2. Working Principle
Firstly the preprocessed oil plants enter into squeezing chamber from hopper when the press operating and then the oil is separated from oil plants and eliminated from pressing bar joints and pressing ring oil line at last under comprehensive effects of pressure which changes from big to small in the volume of squeezing chamber, driving force of spiral, resistance of multi lobe arc curve in pressing ring and interaction friction force between oil plants.
